The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bank of America (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2009
Interview
I waited for a few minutes with several (15) other candidates for a teller position. We all entered the room together to sit around a large table with 5 or so higher ups (managers) at one end and us at the other. We were asked a series of questions, asked to sell a product we were given (mine was a calculator) and various other sales skill tests. The interview day was not too difficult, but the follow-up was terrible. It took over a month for them to get back to me just to make an offer.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
