Interview
phone interviews, mainly asking logic and behavioral questions. the interviewers worked in different lines of business and were personable and laid back. overall, pretty easy interview and good communication by the recruiter

Interview
they'll call you out of the blue and ask you to tell them about yourself on the spot. immediately following that they'll ask you to come down for an interview. kinda like a sound you out thing first before offering the interview.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2011
Interview
This was a two step interview process. The first was an on-campus 30-min interview with HR representatives, and if you advanced to the next round you were flown to the BOA headquarters in Charlotte, NC for the final round. The final round consisted of a networking and information reception the night before, followed by 3 30-min interviews the next day with different BOA employees, all from a range of different departments. The interviews themselves are fairly straight forward however the number of candidates that they were looking to hire was relatively low. There also did not seem to be any key characteristics or traits that they were looking for as people who did receive offers were all very different. As for the logistics of your interview, it is very difficult to get in touch with the right people regarding things such as travel or reimbursement. For a company this large you would think that people would have there act together and respond to emails.
