You must submit the resume through Taleo web based application. Once your resume is receive a recruiter reviews it, to ensure you meet the required criteria. The recruiter then submits the selected resumes with the hiring manager who decides which applicants to interview. Once you've been selected, the recruiter sends you an email and sometimes asks additional questions, or schedules the interview with the hiring manager directly.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America

The interviews were pretty straightforward. Had 1 phone screwing and 1 interview call with hiring manager. I was offered the position within a few days. Overall it was a simple process.

Fairly simple, I was a referral from a current employee. Talked to HR first, than I was passed to the hiring manager. Once I passed that, a week later I then talked to the team and lastly the director of the division. I do want to note that the interview process was mostly web based, I did not have to meet with the hiring manager in person which I did find a bit interesting.

Interview
Very reasonable interview process. I applied online and the process from time of application to time of offer acceptance was approx 3-4 weeks. I had an interview over the phone with the hiring manager about 2 weeks after application was submitted with resume online. The interview was mostly a conversation about my past experiences. There were a couple of easy-to-answer typical interview questions, but the overall process was very pleasant.
