Contacted over the phone for initial interview. In-house interview was relaxed and non-intimidating and took place in the floor managers' office. Questions were relevant to my own practice and how to increase human life. No pressure for meeting quotas. Roles were clearly explained from the start and duties understood. I was given the option for a tour and whether this would be a good fit for myself without repercussion.
