After my third-round interview with leadership, I never heard back not from the recruiter, not from the hiring manager, not from anyone on the team. I sent a professional thank-you email within 6 hours of the interview. No response. Sent a follow up, no response. No rejection, no timeline update, no "we're still deciding," nothing. Being ghosted after three rounds tells me everything I need to know about how this organization values people and apparently, once you're no longer useful to their hiring process, you're not worth a 30-second email.
Future candidates deserve better. Current employees deserve better. And frankly, the mission deserves better than leadership that can't manage basic professional communication.
Would I recommend interviewing here? Only if you have very low expectations for candidate experience and professional courtesy.
