Applied online, was contacted for a phone interview. Phone interview went very well, organized a trip to New York office for super day. Met with 3 upper level individuals. Interviews went very well, but they only had one spot to fill on the desk, ended up hiring a summer intern from another group. Overall a great experience, the professionals were very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend Barclays for anyone wanting to go into the big bank environment. They are a wonderful company, I would have loved to work there!
good, but they didn't inform me of the department I was applying to until the interview itself. turns out it was a derivatives focused branch. wasn't prepared for questions regarding options etc

Submitted resume and cover letter online. Had to complete a survey of personality based questions. Received an invitation to a Hirevue and then a Superday. Went through 2 30 minute interviews with senior employees.

Interview
I was hired very early on as a sophomore through their sophomore springboard program by attending their office for a 2-day visit and super day. It was a super good experience because Barclays people are so friendly and passionate about what they do. There was a lot of mentor ship and guidance through the program.
