I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
Attended four stages at the end of which/ gave up and was told the role fell through until 2018/ further notice, was a very long and drawn out process with very little feedback. Actual interviews were surprisingly informal and enjoyable, team came across very well and projects and potential opportunities seemed very interesting...but there did not seem to be any defined decision making process - waited weeks between interviews hearing nothing and then would have an interview put in with no notice/ flexibility to change. Overall, hugely frustrating.

I applied online. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
An on-line 2 stage interview 1st stage was with two employees at the same level, 2nd stage was with the line-manager. Each stage lasted aprox., 45 minutes in length. Quality of questioning was average
Only interviewed internally but fair process with competency based questions. External process can include psychometric testing for various roles in the business too. Interviewers generally make you feel comfortable too.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Pune) in Nov 2020
Interview
They hire through ABC consultants. The process is lengthy n no timely feedback is shared. ABC is very slow in conducting interviews and their recruiters don't provide timely feedback. It took 2 months n still did not recieve a feedback hence had to assume I did not clear.
