Went through online tests and video interview, first part was easy while the second one was more difficult. Included generic questions about the company and the industry and also questions to quickly analyze charts

Why Barclays? Why Wealth Management? Write an email
• The first question is a motivational question around my motivations for applying to Wealth Management Graduate Scheme.
Use the basic STAR technique to answer this question.
• Technology – research about a technology that has inspired you. Do some research around this topic and think about how you could apply this technology to Barclays to benefit their strategy or service offering.

Video interview, given material to analyze and answer numerical questions on, had to write a response email to a hypothetical frustrated colleague, normal video interview questions from there- can’t entirely remember them- definitely one about threats to the industry, why wealth management, situational questions
