first round telephonic with a vp..the role was datawarehouse developer but they were looking for Mantas,OBIEE,AML,ETL,Java,PLSQL,unix .Wasnt sure how one person can have all these skills.At resume level they should scrutinize more

Online Assessments followed by a screening call with HR. Then interviewed by 2 VPs. Interview consisted of two phases. First was a technical scenario and second was competency based. Overall was left feeling good about the interview and felt like I connected with the interviewers however after over a month of waiting for feedback and constant chasing I found out I was unsuccessful via a phone call from HR. I was told i performed well in the interview but they just preferred the other candidates.
