I went through an Employee Referral Program. Interview had 2 rounds - Technical & Competency. Takes over 3-4 hours depending upon the interviewers. Technical round was basic and easy, Competency round was to get an understanding of Domain Knowledge.

Interviewed for Senior Developer role for .NET technologies. Despite clearing all rounds no call from HR or Hiring Manager. Organizations at such a level should cross-check with budgets or any other parameters before proceeding with interviews.
