Interview
First round on-campus interview. There were 3 1-on-1 interviews in this round.
The first one was behavioral and walked through my resume. He was very enthusiastic.
The second one was droning and then looking at his phone for most of the interview and me to ask questions until I was done.
Got my decision by email about 20 days after the interview.

Question 1
There was a brain teaser... the Die Hard With a Vengeance water jug question: You're following riddles all around New York, and one tells you to fill a jug with exactly 4 gallons of water to defuse a bomb using only a 3 gallon and a 5 gallon jug.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
First stage: Online assessments. Pretty self explanatory, simple maths and cognitive tests.
Second stage:
Solo video answering questions. These questions are behavorial questions in style. They also have a mix of personality questions that are multiple choice.
Third stage:
Virtual assessment centre. Two interviews with a mix of behavorial and "technical" questions. The technical questions are not very technical, They asked a general question and I related it to my personal projects.

During the virtual day, I was interviewed by a managing director and an employee from the analyst team.

Question 1
Name a time you had to work to a deadline that if you did not meet there would be great consequences.
I completed my initial application by submitting my resume and answering some personal questions. Then, I received a link to complete some tests(behavioural and logical reasoning). After I completed these tests, I received a link to take a coding test. After these, I didn;t hear back from them.
