Hard- Many questions using STARR technique andAs with other strengths-based interviews, the key is not to overthink your answers. ‘It’s fine to look at the job and think about the sorts of things your strengths might be useful for, but if you over-rehearse it’s going to sound inauthentic. Really throw yourself into the question and try to enjoy the experience.’

Interview
Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.
Zoom interview. Competency questions. Giving examples of how you have helped a colleague in the past, a time when you have went that extra mile, your biggest challenge, how your overcame a difficult situation.
My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
