Had a phone interview. Which went well. I was invited to a final interview with 2 people in upper management. That interview went amazingly well. I was told I would hear back within 5 business days. I wrote a follow up email thanking them for there time and the opportunity. Needless to say it’s been almost a year and I’ve never heard back. I’ve reached out serval times and the tell me the hiring manager will contact me within 48hrs. Which never happen. My application is still showing interview status.
Initial call from recruiter, clearly tracked application through portal for status. Recruiter scheduled interviews, manager on site interview with multiple team managers. Lengthy process but necessary to weed out poor candidates
The first round would be taken by the HR. They would want to know if you are really interested in the job. They would check the basic requirement. Once it's done they would then handover your CV to operations and then the interview process starts.
