Competency based following a rigid process. Examples of business generated and the required to provide examples of what types of mortgages that I have advised on. Generally quite simple and straight forward,
Little too robotic following rules on paper not organic. most interviewers have discretion these people are committed to ticking boxes. other employers usually make the process more organic and about the person as well as opposed to just skillset.
