Applied to the 2025 Corporate Banking graduate scheme. Had an interview with a senior manager working in the Trade Finance team after completing two online tests. Interview was in-person at their Canary Wharf office.

He asked me about what banking products an SME would typically look for.
He asked for the difference between investment banking and corporate banking.
He asked me what were the key trade finance products banks offer.
There's 1 OA and 1 Interview. This was in college placements. The OA was 2 medium questions, I didn't pass all the test cases. The interview was short, they asked some network layer questions and some http error questions.

Was a lot like my other interviews for other grad roles, practice answering basic questions I would say is key and try your best! Interviewer was good at his job but found it hard to communicate certain questions
The interview process was very quick and communications prior to the assessment day very poor - the link to the video call for candidates didn't work. However on the day the interviewers were engaging and seemed to care and enjoy their jobs and wanted the best from the interview.
