Very easy. You fill out an online ap and they schedule a face to face interview with the store and regional manager. They ask you questions regarding your skills and goals. They are basically trying to find out if you are a good fit for the team/company. How you will mesh with the clientele of the area matters a little bit. They really want someone that is going to stay and grow with the company, not someone looking for a summer job. They get back to you withing a week.
