The process was subsequently delayed, and after waiting several weeks I was informed that the company had decided to move forward with other candidates.
While I understand that companies need to evaluate multiple applicants, the process required a significant time commitment, including interview preparation and portfolio presentation, with limited feedback provided at the end. As a candidate, I felt the overall experience could have been managed more efficiently with clearer timelines and more detailed feedback.

Provide more transparent timelines and candidate feedback, especially for applicants who progress to the later stages of the process.
