Barracuda Networks interview questions

The interviewers were professional and the conversations were pleasant. I completed the HR screening and a hiring manager interview, where I was asked to present my portfolio and discuss my experience in detail. My main frustration was the length of the process and the communication timeline. After the interview, I was advised to wait approximately two weeks for an update. The process was subsequently delayed, and after waiting several weeks I was informed that the company had decided to move forward with other candidates. While I understand that companies need to evaluate multiple applicants, the process required a significant time commitment, including interview preparation and portfolio presentation, with limited feedback provided at the end. As a candidate, I felt the overall experience could have been managed more efficiently with clearer timelines and more detailed feedback. Advice to Management: Provide more transparent timelines and candidate feedback, especially for applicants who progress to the later stages of the process.
