Initially I was referred by a friend, went to their website and filled out an online application. All hiring is done via email and then phone unless you are living near one of the headquarters in either Hammond, LOUISIANA or Las Vegas, NEVADA. I then Submitted my resume. After they reviewed my resume, then I was sent links to their online skills assessment tests. After passing those, I was then asked to submit my fingerprints in order for them to attain security clearances in my name on their behalf. I was also asked permission by them to run a background check. The whole thing was really easy. I like working for this company.
