Basenji Apps interview questions

The interview consisted of 4 stages: screening, test assignment, technical interview, and offer. Screening and test assignment went smoothly. Communication with the HR team was easy and pleasant. During the technical interview, I had very mixed feelings. It strongly felt like the people interviewing me were not very qualified technically and didn't understand established technical terms. And it also seemed like no one had actually looked at my test assignment. I mean, if after a detailed description of scripts and automations for After Effects that I write and use myself, they ask if you have experience with Adobe software... After Effects projects were requested and submitted for review as part of the test assignment, by the way. The technical interview also included a lot of questions that wouldn't even be asked of juniors, let alone specialists with years of experience. Overall, this company seems to be looking for vibe rather than technically strong candidates.
