I only had one interview throughout the process. It was a behavioral interview that lasted for a little under thirty minutes, and I heard back with an offer within less than a week.

I was a student at Marquette University at the time and they emailed me through our career services department. I met with a member of my would-be team at the career services office on campus for about an hour interview.

Interview
I was recruited through my university's cooperative education program. The interview was held on campus. The interview team was very friendly and easy to talk to. The team consisted of an HR rep and a member of the department that I had applied to The questions primarily focused on my previous work experience along with a series of behavioral questions. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and I was contacted for a follow up phone interview within a week.
