Phone screen by the HR. It was followed by the basic interview by the hiring manager. I was called to on-site interview more than 2 times. I thought that was not very professional. Was interviewed by 4-5 people including the VP of the department. The atmosphere was very conducive and friendly

Entrevista com RH tranquila, bem conduzida e leve. Me decepcionou apenas que desde o primeiro contato perguntaram minha pretensão salarial, mas ao final da entrevista foi dito que o teto do salário da vaga era menor que a minha pretensão.

Processo foi transparente desde o início, mencionando inclusive o Budget para a vaga, e as etapas de seleção. Ele foi conduzido totalmente em inglês, visto que a seleção foi feita pelo RH que ficava no México.

Very well-planned interview process and adequate info about the requirement and JD are reiterated by TA team and also the interviewers are calm and composed.
