I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Baxter (Round Lake, IL) in Jan 2025
Interview
Lengthy. Its takes average of 2 months from application to last interview. Overall good experience. Be prepared for a lot of situational questions. I didn’t end up getting the position but the phone screening, zoom interview and panel interview were all positive experiences and I definitely feel more prepared for future interviews. Thanks for the interview Baxter.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Baxter (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Initial phone interviews took place with various individuals as a way to gauge weather or not to bring you in for an in person interview. Once you pass that they bring you in for a full day of one on one and group panel interviews lasting about an hour each. Quite a long day of meeting with various individuals in various leadership positions within the section you are applying. Depending on the position they may also give a guided tour of the facilities. If you look promising to them they will bring you in for a "final" interview with individuals at the top of the food chain who will then decide for themselves if you are the right fit for the position.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Baxter (Marion, NC) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview was long and tough, they ask tough questions and expect you to have quick answers. Be on your toes and be ready to answer tough questions and things you had probably never thought about. Some of the interviewers try to make you feel like you are not qualified for the job, do not back down to them, insist that you are ready for this job.
