The process was very lengthy and tedious, and they don't give feedback. The process was very vague and I needed to email them frequently to know if we are proceeding with the interviews. No real interaction with humans, i had to record a video interview.

Very good, you will do iq test, and maths test and english test, and you must submit the test within one hour while you are recording video, it was not difficult interview you can do it but work hard

IQ test, give your opinion test (agree, disagree) . 10 questions of the HR type, but you must record yourself answering. Technical interview, general questions not language specific, prepare SQL OOP and basics of networking. You will get a data structure question. Last part is an assignment in the TCL language, it's a useless language for your career but that they use here a lot. For the TCL part prepare to work in a language you have never dealt with it's type before, resources are limited but enough to pass the test. Another question in the language of your choice
