They sent me an email with some general questions and for writing one program. I replied and after few days they sent me another email for confirming the online interview slot. I received a call on google meet and it was obvious that they hired someone before my interview. At the very beginning of the interview, she told me that they don't have any opening for the engineers currently and she is just taking interview for futute vacancies. After that she just asked 2 technical questions and about me. They are not giving any value for the candidates preparations. They just hire someone with references and the interview process for others is just a formality. If you have any reference, then only prepare for the interview otherwise its a waste of time. Company admin was asking the technical questions.
