Beall Research interview questions

I interviewed with a senior manager and found her to be incredibly personable. The first round was a 30-40 minute phone interview and the second round was an on-site where I was asked more detailed questions and was also interviewed by some of the other senior managerial staff.

Three step process involving a screening interview, personal interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with the senior principal. The final interview was surprisingly friendly as I expected to be grilled. We came to an agreement on salary and benefits which started a collegial relationship.
