Lively and in depth conversation about the work culture and family at beal stone inc. as well as daily responsibilities and compensation. Everyone was so nice and welcoming with a lot of enthusiasm.

Interview
After Digital Hire, I was asked to do a second round interview. The interview was longer than I expected, but covered the basic questions. “What drives you?” “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” “Why sales?” They also tell you more about the structure of the company, their culture, and they discuss payment options as well. It seems intense and high pressure, but it really isn’t.
Also make sure to dress up professionally. This was not what I expected during a virtual interview, but it does give off a great impression.
