I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Behavior and Education (North Hollywood, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interviewer was friendly and comforting. Even though they were friendly and comforting the interview was also thorough. They asked great questions which helped me describe if I would be a good fit for the company.

Interview
I have to say I am disappointed with this company. The interview took about one hour and 30 minutes and they seemed like a great company with great shared values, which is important to me. They had stated they also saw me as a great fit Towards the end of the interview, the clinical director even mentioned that she was confident I got the job and to expect a callback. Two days went on and I sent a follow-up email to HR and I finally heard back on the 4th day just to let me know they actually selected someone else. My issue here is why waste so much of my time during the interview if I was not the one you were going to select. I also had to pay the late $50 fee at my son's day care due to picking him up later than the time since the interview went way over than expected. My advice is make sure you plan for a lengthy interview and that you ask them what exactly they are looking for in the beginning of the interview. I feel so disappointed that I have no words for them. I was very excited that I thought the interview went so well and was ready to take on the job offer just so that they could tell me they went with someone else but that I should re-apply if the position ever opens up again. Not cool.
