I applied online. they called be about 3 or 4 weeks later for an interview. my interviewer was friendly and after she asked me questions and roleplayed a sale, she took me and showed me around the store and in the back stock room. Very professional but friendly.

It was a straight forward process in a relaxed and friendly environment. Quick and clear communication from the HR department with interviews through both HR and department managers. Hearing back about their decision took a bit of time but from there the hiring and training process was swift.
