Interview
It was laid back and pleasant. Made you feel they really wanted you to work long term. Interviewed with manager of the Support Team. She was pretty clear about how much work was involved. The whole interview lasted about 2 hours. They were running a little behind. Could have been a little more organized. You are also selling the company to encourage people to come work there.

It was a bit long but it was not bad all. It was quick and a bit informal, The manager gave the interview twice and once told that I would be offered the job, the visual manager came, everything negative was told to me about what was going on on the visual team which should have been the red flag

easy process. mostly because I was referred to work there and already had the job when coming in for the "interview". I met with HR, she directed me to a computer where I took this lengthy multiple choice questionnaire, once I was done she said she would call me.
