Interview
Interviewed on my lunch hour, HR was very professional and made interview seem more like a get to know one another time than an actual business interview. This was 19 years ago and things have changed in company since then, it was more personal and more of a caring atmosphere and not so much about numbers as it is today under the new CEO.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

Question 1
They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
