The first stage is an online application. The second stage is a video interview - I was sent a link and questions popped up and I was given a time to answer questions. I was then invited for a video audition in which I was asked to bring a couple of make-up items to showcase how I would apply foundation, blush, mascara and brows. It was laid back and Isabelle made me feel very comfortable asking questions as I was applying my make-up it all felt very natural - I was asked to sell my mascara to see how I would describe the product and ask open ended questions. Finally I was invited for a store approval - this was around an hour and asked questions based on my previous experience and knowledge of the brand.

Was fairly easy. I applied through Indeed as first point of contact. progressed to the second stage which is a video interview,asking a few retail based questions,your previous experience,etc and at the end a few multiple choice questions with different scenarios you might come across. Next stage is a zoom call with a senior member. I won't spoil it by saying what that entails,but it was lots of fun.

First round is a video interview. You are asked 8-10 questions covering your knowledge about the company, the recent campaigns, your experience, etc. You will have 30s to prepare and record your answer right away. You cannot quit in the middle and come back to the same question.

It was okay I didn’t really like that it look around 3 weeks to do everything. The first video interview was okay I didn’t mind it and it was nice to have the chance to do it alone but the timer kind of stressed me out The second interview wasn’t bad too I was a bit nervous but it was grand too The third interview was just a confirmation nothing hard was over in 5 min which was good.

It was very long and time-consuming but the person who did the auditions was lovely and really made me feel safe and comfortable to be myself during the whole thing. The video interview was confuing but it was great when I got the hang of it.

they did around 6 questions about sales experience and it was all on video, in this stage you don't have any communication with anybody. they give you around 10 seconds to prepare your answer and you are not allowed to repeat any of them.
