Interview
It was a panel interview with 3 members of leadership, and 5 candidates including myself in the room at the same time. However this practice is no longer being done. Questions asked were your standard situational questions with what happened, and what was the outcome of your actions. Nothing spectacular.

Describe a time when you had to deal with an upset customer, and what did you do, what was the outcome?
The interview process was straightforward and easy. Was told I got the job during the interview, and that they would reach out. They told me a start date and said they would get back with an exact time. Didn't reach out until two weeks after the start date they set and asked if I still wanted the job.

professional questions in casual manner. Tried to show that they are co-operative and commission based, focused more on selling bell connection. emphasized more on company policy and time-management. They also curious about how you handle stress-situation and handle serious concerns related customers
