I first interviewed with the department manager (in this case, Geek Squad), after which I interviewed with the GM. They used preselected packets of questions for both interviews. The GM of North Aurora is named Yenga and is a very nice guy, overall it wasn't an intimidating experience, although I definitely got the feeling it was possible to give a "wrong answer" that could disqualify me.
