How you know they aren't going to give you the job: They only ask you a couple of questions and say alright thank you for coming in. or...They don't give you feedback for you to become a better interviewer. or...They take your business plan, (the one they haven't thought of) don't give you the position
It was pretty straightforward. Asked about my background and my skill set. Asked about examples of success in my previous position. I was able to ask follow-up questions as well.
I initiated the process with an online application. This led to a 20 minute phone screening with very few open-ended questions. This led to an in-person interview that was about 45 minutes.

The process was thorough, although that is to be expected with a position like this. I got to the Third stage and had three different interviewees. One with the Hr rep, one with a hiring coordinator and the third with the district manager.
