This role is easier to move into from say a Consultation or Operations Agent role allowing you to know the systems involved on top of repair knowledge. If entering from external I would recommend having prior knowledge in repair process both software (viruses) and hardware - A+ cert is listed, but few have it as you would likely be better suited elsewhere with said qualifications

Be sure to allow interviewer to finish asking questions as some are 3 parts long and jumping in before they finish might be held against you. "Give an example of how you solved an issue when no one else could"

Reached out via phone and setup an interview at the office. The interview was polite and what you would expect, one or two questions on sales, tell me about yourself and then a focus on technical proficiency. Question and answer format.

Explain a situation when you had to de-escalate a tense situation and what the result was?
The first interview was pretty informal, more so of getting to know you. Then, it got deeper as to job expectations, pay, benefits, etc. It was pleasant and I didn’t feel stressed out.

Interview is fine. Video interview first (remember to submit it), followed by an in-person interview if they are interested. General questions IE why are you applying, do you have any prior experience working on a team, etc.
