Interview
I went to a hiring event held on location. The event was opened for a few hours. Interview position was on a first come first serve basis. I spoke to the Mobile Manager for about 30 minutes. Reviewed resume and behavioral questions. Received a phone call with the position offer same day shortly after end of the event.

Mix of behavioral and situational questions were asked
easy but lengthy, just be positive and enthusiastic and use past experiences to showcase skills and answer their questions
i found it all depends on the interviewer, so don’t stress if you don’t get it right
The interview will begin with fundamental questions about your background and previous work experience. Afterwards, you’ll be asked behavioural questions, such as how you would handle a situation where a customer is unhappy with a product.

Interview
I applied online initially and then was asked to complete a personality questionnaire. That was then followed up with two interviews in person with the hiring manager and store manager. Finally, they conducted a background check and a drug test.
