The process was very smooth. I was already an employee with the company at the time, so it made the process a bit easier. I'd imagine the questions are the same either way.

Came in for an in person interview. Had a meeting with the store am and he asked questions. Later took me around the store to show various departments. Later was told that i would be hearing from them. Decided not to take the offer but seems like a cool place.

Finally Best Buy doesn't require the dreaded personality test but after the application, you'll do an interview involving recording yourself. Once you're done, you may get an email scheduling an in-person interview. Once there, the manager was very nice and professional while he asked me a half dozen questions.

Good questions, mostly accurate job description. Decent start pay but not for the experience. Hope it works out for folks that are first starting out but just not for me
