I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Richfield, MN) in Nov 2015
Interview
On Campus Interview then just a interview at Best Buy. Nothing too crazy, just the normal behavioral questions. After that you took a knowledge quiz that was kind of difficult but they said it had no effect on if you were to get an offer or not. Also got a tour of the Best Buy building.
It was a pretty easy process. Phone screening and then a Zoom interview where we just went over job fit and behavioral questions. Interviewers were nice and it was pretty conversational.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Best Buy (Richfield, MN)
Interview
Initial phone screening was quick and easy. A few weeks passed and then I was notified I made it to the panel stage. The panel interview was approximately 45 minutes and there were upwards of 12 questions asked. Communication was very good throughout the process. Everyone seemed to want to help.
