Average interview, very dependent on location. Have had a few interviews here for different positions at different levels of the company, and all were fairly straightforward. More technical positions had more technical questions, but nothing overly complicated.

Interview process was smooth. General customer service questions, basic tech related questions. Couple questions about background and resume. The interview took me about 30 minutes, going over personal questions, experience then going over the job responsibilities and tasks. Two managers interviewed me and they were very friendly.

How would you handle a customer that is frustrated and angry at you.
Very laid back, more conversational. Only asked a handful of tech questions, it was mostly geared towards customer service and attitude. If you’ve ever worked retail, you will do just fine.
