Best Buy Merchandise Processor interview questions

I applied through their website. From there I had two in-person interviews. The first person was with a manager from Inbound and the second was with HR and the general manager. I have worked at Amazon and at several other warehouses. This was an entry level forklift driver so I was surprised I interviewed with the GM. They typically don't have time for non leadership interviews. I will say they are very picky with who they select and who will fit into their culture. I actually like that, they don't just hire anybody. Even though its a warehouse job, its very small select number of workers compared to other warehouse. Example: Inbound dayshift will have about 15 people, outbound about 14 people etc. very small inclusive so everyone ends up knowing each other. Very good experience with both interviews.
