Rather than the interview process, this post is to give insight to the application process that I think is important for any potential job seekers to know.
After sending in a standard, professional email expressing my interest in one of the open roles at this company, I received a response of the job details - in all red, and with the job description attached.
This was a very passive aggressive "you do not meet 100% of our qualifications, so your application is a waste of time" type of response, and I was shocked and disappointed to receive a reply like that. It completely diminished my desire to work for such a company, which was a blessing in the end.
I think the executives or hiring managers at this company need a review on how they reply to potential candidates. If this is how you treat people you haven't even hired, I can't imagine what goes on behind the scenes, but may not have made it to Glassdoor reviews just yet.
