Interview was fine. Just that, the HR do not respond or ghosted the applicant to see if they are shortlisted for the next interview. It is ethical for them to inform the applicant whether they are shortlisted or not. To see as whole, if HR can conduct an interview, they should be doing the same if the applicant are suitable or not after the interview. If this is how the HR works in this company, it is uncertain whether the HR have the same mentality if the staff are treated the same.
