Mock lesson with centre manager - Maths and English. Lesson plan given with prompts to support. Given the plan 10 mins prior to the assessment to prepare.

Teaching a pretend lesson while interviewer takes notes. Questions throughout the process about why you chose certain methods (e.g in maths and similar in english too). Confidence or knowledge of subject area are a must in order to successfully pass the interview.
