I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin, and could arrange a meeting at their office on a relative short term. The meeting itself was one-on-one with only the hiring manager in Utrecht. From the start, the interviewer felt fairly hostile and made it clear evaluation was for both BDR and their traineeship firm. I wasn't on my best during the interview, but at times the interviewer was really having a go at me and even flat-out called me unmotivated. I left the building fairly confused, I've never had an interview go this way. Guess we both had a bad day.
