Hour-long interview. Loads of questions. MD was very intimidating and very matriarchal. Other members included another designer, office manager and other director, all of which had scripted questions. MD said very little, then asked if something I am strong in doing, "scared me?" which is didn't so I answered honestly. But I don't think that won her over.
