I was left waiting on Skype without any response. Surprisingly, the scheduled interview was not rescheduled, despite the email explicitly instructing me to call and indicating that someone would grant me access for the video interview. I would have appreciated it if they had communicated through email if they couldn't respond on time.

I was invited to interview for a Software Developer role at BSC Global and was scheduled twice via Microsoft Teams. Both times, I followed all instructions — joined the meeting link, sent messages ahead of time, and waited within the given time slots — but never received a response or interview call. There was no communication or update about any delays or rescheduling. I followed up politely but received no reply. As a candidate, this kind of experience is disappointing and reflects a lack of consideration for people’s time and effort. I hope the company improves its hiring process and treats candidates with more professionalism going forward.
