Interview
Took an online test, had multiple rounds of phone and in-person interviews, was ghosted after the final round. Received an automated rejection email a few weeks after the final round. Utter disrespect for my time and effort for a job that pays significantly below market rate.

Prove some basic competence in Excel, Google the unit economics of the business and regurgitate them back during the interview process.

Positions are posted on the website and on Linked and other websites. I got recruited via LinkedIn. I passed 2 interviews with 5 different people on different days. I then received the offer from HR and started working there.
