Interview process was smooth , first it will be a technical round which will followed by 2nd technical round covering in depth knowledge about the experience working in projects and different clients. post that after selected will be it will be the final round HR discussion. I cleared all three round for position of .net developer position for the location Bhubaneswar , India Post that it has been 3 months there has been no response from HR . I have mailed them couple times regarding discussion salary discussion which the HR stated , they will have within couple of days post of completion of final round,Since then it has been 3 months , there has been no response , it is quite amazing to know what sort of policies in a company allows to delay such things. Hope to get some transparency in such things in near future.
