Interviews can take a few weeks before moving into the later stages of the process. It's average at best and not much really going on with it. Just needs patience for the process

Easy open assessment that you had a week to complete. After that you got on a zoom call to talk about your thought process and general behavioral stuff. Gave you description of the job and why you thought you would be good at it.
